About Revenue by HRM

Revenue by HRM is a small, yet closely knit team made up of exceptionally experienced and qualified revenue management professionals. We aim to deliver a highly personalised, direct and hands-on approach to optimising the revenue of our clients hotel properties. Our personal revenue management service provides a cost-effective alternative to in-house revenue management that serves to improve both the robustness and profitability of your business.

Driven by results, we consistently strive to improve upon previous performances to exceed that of our own and our clients expectations.

Our team is led by Georgina Houghton, an industry expert with over 15 years in the Hospitality industry and over 10 years within the Revenue Management sector of Hospitality. Georgina began her career within Hotel Management where she developed her knowledge and understanding of Hotel Front desks, Hotel Systems and procedure policies. Georgina then specialised in the Revenue and Distributions sector after attaining a degree in Hospitality Management.

Georgina not only leads the team with a wealth of knowledge from a revenue management perspective, but with a first-hand understanding of the trials and tribulations that many of our clients regularly face.

Georgina and the team are well-connected throughout the industry as a result of our experiences working with hotel giants such as IHG, Accor, and Wyndham, as well as, a huge variety of independent hotels spread across the breadth of the UK. Such experience has enabled our team to transfer the best practices of branded hotel chains into that of unbranded independent hotels, to maximise our clients potential.

We acknowledge that many businesses do not have the capability to sufficiently identify and solve revenue complications using in-house personnel; therefore, at Revenue by HRM we credit ourselves upon our ability to resolve issues before our clients realise that they ever existed.
